Lifetime Achievement Nomination Guidelines

Nominees must be living.

Nominees Must be at least 62 years of age or older.

Nominations must be presented at the English Days Annual General Membership Meeting.

Nominations require a brief biography o the nominee at the time of nomination, either written or oral during the General Membership Meeting.

The floor will be opened for nominations and the Board will accept as many nominations that are presented.

A vote, by the showing of hands, by the majority of the General Membership in attendance at the General Membership Meeting will narrow the field of the nominees to two finalists.

The two finalists will be placed on the annual ballot that will be mailed to the Membership in its entirety, and the Membership will be instructed to vote.

An elected chairman will contact the winner and notify them of the award after the ballots have been counted at the Spring Board Meeting.

The Chairman will write a biography on the winner and present the biography at the General Membership Meeting.

The Chairman will present the award on behalf of the United English Breeders and Fanciers Association during the General Membership Meeting.

The winner will be given a free lifetime membership to the United English Breeders and Fanciers Association and will also receive an award that is presented at the General Membership Meeting.

The written biography, along with a photo of the winner, will be placed in the next printed United English Breeders and Fanciers Association Yearbook and their name added to the list of Lifetime Achievement Winners.
